Policy

Cancellations for appointments may be requested up to 24 hours in advance of session. Any cancellations made same-day of appointments will not be honored and will be charged for the time allotted.

Emergency cancellations will be granted only at the discretion of the Practitioner; these will only be honored once per client at the Practitioner’s discretion.

Substitutions are not allowed for clients and their appointed times.
