A first-time reiki client came in for an hour session exactly at noon and left feeling upbeat and ready to seize the rest of the day. When I followed up the following morning, he said that he slept very well and had something to show me: his sleep metrics during the session and that same night, and they all showed great improvements.
During the one hour session, his nap efficiency was at 97% with him awake for the first two minutes following a light sleep for the rest of the time.
His sleep performance the night of the session had a 96% efficiency rate whereby he experienced longer periods of deeper sleep.
